Why not ask AI to build it?
You should use AI. I do, throughout research, design and implementation. The difference is that it is informed by years of domain and production experience, given precise boundaries, and checked against evidence outside the model. If you need a prototype, a capable model may be enough. These products address the harder step: proving that the result is safe to rely on when inputs are incomplete, rules change, or somebody challenges the answer later.
Generated code can look complete while sharing the assumptions and blind spots of the prompt that produced it. It cannot establish its own correctness. That requires an independent checker, explicit treatment of unknown inputs, reproducible tests, versioned evidence and carefully chosen system boundaries.
